While most ERM auditing is top-down and entails identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential losses, Zen for Business takes a holistic approach, wherein we view risk as the potential to gain or lose something/someone of value. We investigate entire systems and, equally as important, we identify roadblocks and opportunities to create a more proactive and engaged culture, leadership, and workforce to positively affect the entire organization.

An example of a custom program might include:

  • Preliminary investigative calls with key stakeholders to determine scope of work, priorities and identify early outcomes for trainings.

  • Pre-assessment questionnaires with staff to explore system-level roadblocks, barriers to participation, and factors that may impede roll-out of initiatives.

  • One-hour, virtual program launch to build rapport, share program objectives, and set forth participants’ preparatory work. Such work might include pre-reading and providing input via the Collective Leadership Assessment to garner insight into the organizational culture, systems, and interpersonal relationships - all of which affect risk management.

  • In-person training, at a location chosen by client. Purposeful and catalyzing engagement activities, designed to achieve learning outcomes agreed upon in scope of work.

  • Executive coaching sessions to support individuals’ growth, which is necessary to elevate organizational performance.

  • Post-program debrief, assessment, and potential future reinforcement.
